Advance fee payment details

Once you had an initial consultation with the doctors at our clinic, by emails, or online consultation by yahoo messenger etc. you may book your procedure in the following way.

Decide on the type of procedure and the number of grafts you plan to go ahead with.
nquire with the clinic about the earliest available dates and decide which date suits you.
Let us know the desired date by email ( hairtransplantadvise@yahoo.in ) or by telephone. We will place your name for that date as an unconfirmed procedure.
You will be required to send an advance fee of US $500/- only for the confirmation of your date. You may send the advance fees by....
( a) Demand Draft / banker's cheque drawn in favour of Dr. Rahul Verma payable at New Delhi
( b) Wire transfer
( c) Paypal

This advance fee will be adjusted in the actual cost of your procedure.
In case there is an inordinate delay in receiving the advance fee the Clinic would allot those dates to other patients. In that situation, you will be required to choose alternate available dates for your procedure.
H.O.S clinic staff will help you with your hotel bookings and airport transfers. In case you need help with hotel bookings, airport transfers, please send your request to hairtransplantadvise@yahoo.in.

Wire Transfer details

1-  If you wish to pay us by wire transfer, please specify your country of origin in the email request. We will send you the     relevant information to perform the wire transfer Please e-mail details of your wire transfer separately at the following
e-mail address: hairtransplantadvise@yahaoo.in.

a. The person's/sender's name who has sent the wire transfer.
b. The name of the bank.
c. .The country of origin

2- Please also instruct your bank to include your name while performing the wire transfer.

3- Please enquire from the bank about the wire transfer fee. All wire transfer fee will be borne by the patient.

Therefore, the amount sent should be such that, on deduction of the wire transfer charges; the clinic receives USD 500/- at least as a advance fee.
